: Req ID [[61534]] [[Hyderabad]], India Your Task : Member of a Product Engineering Team within the Mechanical Design Group who is assigned activities to design and develop Commercial Vehicle Steering components and assemblies, with an emphasis on ReAX, EPHS, and Pumps. Design and development of the mechanical hardware including innovation, concept, design and production release activities for new customer applications. Need to develop harmonized part Classification structure in Windchill Creation and modification of 3D CAD models in pursuit of new business opportunities which includes packaging products within customer CAD environments. Creation and modification of 3D CAD models and engineering drawings to describe the product to manufacturing, quality, and purchasing. Evaluate and recommend Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances (GD&T) for components and assemblies. Perform dimensional analysis of components and assemblies to ensure products will assemble and perform properly at all manufacturing limits. Performs special projects as assigned which can include maintenance and revision of design standards, work instructions, and procedures.
