We are looking for Admission Counselors who are extremely customer-centric and are excited by the challenges of a fast-paced business environment. As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible to communicate with the parents of k 12 learners.

Des- Admission Counselors (Sr. Associate level) US - (shift time: 8 pm - 8 am, 9hrs shift) UK/Europe - 5 (shift time: 3.30pm - 2am, 9 hrs shift) APAC - 5 (shift time: 4am - 2pm, 9hrs shift) Exp- Minimum 2 years in direct sales 6 days working No weekend offs fixed day off between Monday to Thursday Night allowance: An additional 10k per month for international timings only for APAC, Europe, and US timings Experience with Inside Sales We are looking for Admission Counselors who are extremely customer-centric and are excited by the challenges of a fast-paced business environment. As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible to communicate with the parents of k 12 learners understand their needs and ensure smooth sales process. You must be comfortable making dozen of calls per day and consult prospects. Be able to engage and build long-term relationship with prospects and close sales effectively. Role and responsibilities: Consulting prospective customers & converting them to paid customers for Cuemath's premium and personalized K 12 Math learning program through a need-based and personalized selling approach Understanding the core learning needs of students through their parents, and aligning the offerings of the program to the same through phone, email, and text Handling customer objections in a consultative manner to close sales Identifying and generating references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline Adhering to the defined inside sales process, tools and data management logic to ensure a high number of enrolments with the minimum churn for the assigned set of prospects Onboarding the learner after closing a sale, and maintaining the relationship between Cuemath and the customer Coordinating and resolving queries of customers & teacher partners Highlighting issues through parent feedback and helping with effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Meeting and overachieving the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as the number of enrollments. Maintaining updated contextual information in the CRM platform with details pertaining to discussions & lead stage changes in real-time Skills Required: Prior experience and confidence in over-the-phone sales, preferably in high-ticket products/services (More than one year of experience in inside sales). Mature and disciplined approach to work with an approachable and vibrant personality. Demonstrated customer centricity with a focus on understanding customers' core needs and effectively aligning product offerings with the same. Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency) with strong comprehension and articulation skills. (additional regional language proficiency is a plus for India) Must be a team player with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines. Basic proficiency in CRM management and handling spreadsheets Understanding of US & Canada / UK & European / APAC customer preferences // Understanding customer preferences of the premium segment in India > Please change as per the region.
