Originate and execute derivative and treasury solutions for institutional clients including banks, NBFCs, mutual funds, insurance companies, and other financial intermediaries
Develop strong relationships with financial institutions and enhance wallet share with the industry
Develop and maintain relationships with key institutional clients across banking, insurance, asset management, and non-banking sectors
Deep understanding of regulations around the structures and derivative products including FX, interest rate, and commodity derivatives is crucial for relationship management
Monitor global and domestic financial markets to provide timely market intelligence and trade ideas to clients
Work closely with risk, legal, operations, and compliance teams for seamless execution
Drive sales targets and revenue growth through cross-selling and deepening client engagement
Identify new opportunities within the FI segment to expand market coverage

8-12 years of relevant work experience within treasury sales and derivative instruments
Understanding of derivative instruments (FX, Interest Rate Swaps, Options, FRAs, etc.) and treasury products is a must have

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (RBI, SEBI, Basel norms)
