Job Description

Candidate with LLB qualification with 7-12 years of PQE who has an experience in drafting and negotiating securities/derivatives agreements and legal advisory for a fast-paced global financial services in Pune/willing to relocate to group should apply.

• Draft, review, and negotiate end?to?end securities and derivatives documentation, including ISDA/CSA, OTC derivatives agreements, service agreements, NDAs, and other key commercial contracts.
• Manage cross?border stakeholders and jurisdictions (preferably US/EMEA) and ensuring alignment with global regulatory requirements.
• Provide legal advisory, identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.

Candidate with 7-12 yrs of PQE in derivatives within BFSI/LFs should applyCandidates currently in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune should apply
A successful Markets Legal professional should have:

• A degree in law from a recognised institution.
• Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating a wide range of securities/derivatives contracts within BFSI/Law Firms
• Proven track record as a high performer with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in team leadership and managing international stakeholders is essential.
