Description Responsible for Vodafone international services financial and operational short & long term planning, analysis and ensure alignment and integrity with strategic directions of the department, Vodafone Shared services organisation. Job Responsibility Perform and formulate budget plan/review activities, providing HC assumptions & phasing, operationalrequirements and trends for the fi nancial plans of VIS short & long term operation planning, annual andquarterly headcount, seating required Proactively address potential budget deviations and recommend corrective actions, providing risk analysis andtools to help rectify the problem if possible while monitoring change to minimize loss and increase revenue. Design and Prepare Operating model for existing or New Account and engaging with relevant stakeholders Design and create Pricing Models to support new commercial propositions and/or operational expansions oreffi ciencies as required. Construct Governance/process for VIS cost and revenue allocation including cost centre statements, profi t andloss statements, headcount reconciliation process, etc. Skills Required Reasonable Financial and costing background.
