Job description We are looking for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Land Legal expert. The person closely works with legal head and shall be responsible for due diligence of large land
Roles and Responsibilities
Experience in the field of real estate, land diligences, land laws of different states in India- Well experienced with conducting due diligence for large tracts of land, right of way on the title of the land/properties, drafting and vetting of various property related documents, deeds and agreements.
- Experienced in making physical visits and inspections at sub-registrar offices, revenue offices, etc.
- Well versed with real estate laws such as Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Duty, Land laws, Registration Act, etc.
- Experience of working on infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile 5-7 years in work experience in the field of real estate, land diligences, land laws of different states in India
