Reporting to: Sr. General Manager, HR
Location: Faridabad
The PURPOSE of the position:
- Profile involves managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Drive employee engagement initiatives at workplace
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Coordinate and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Coordinate and monitor training programs
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Coordination with Admin, Security, Payroll team smooth office management
