Job Description


Skills and Experience

  • BTech/BE/MCA/MTech
  • 3 to 7 years\' experience in full stack Java application development preferably in CRM or Ordering area.
  • Experience in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, SQL
  • Database: Oracle
  • API: EJB, REST
  • Web Services
  • Application Server: WebLogic
Good to have -
  • Telecom BSS knowledge
  • Amdocs Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) or Amdocs Order Management System (OMS)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD supporting tools (Jenkins, GIT)
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Java based solutions for Telecom BSS applications.
  • Participate in every aspect of development and implementation, working with end users (product owners) to fully understand business requirements
  • Prepare high- and low-level technical documentation (HLD/IDD etc)
  • Ensure that solutions implemented meet business objectives and leverage on best practice.
  • Estimate the development effort by requirements and projects
  • Work in teams using Agile (SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban) development methodologies
  • Support testing activities (functional and non-functional tests in all relevant project phases)
  • Drive innovation agenda in IT Domain process and systems together with SW providers, Business and Sis.
  • Maximise the usage of technology in order to simplify systems and processes and ultimately drive efficiency in Enterprise to enable business growth.
  • Provide demo to designers, share development experience, lesson learns with other technical staff.
  • Interact with, plan and monitor technical departments effort to implement successful delivery of the solutions.
