Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Responsible for Body shop/BIW/Sheet Metal quality, dimension quality, surface quality with the help of the GSQE method (Global surface quality evaluation) . Responsible for body shop quality, hemming dimension quality & surface quality. . Responsible to conduct the destructive test for spot validation. . Knowledge about new project setup with the support of the ME & PE team at a Weld shop. . Knowledge about CMM. . Knowledge about dimension-related issue solving problem BIW closer & fitment issue. . Participate in the PFMEA, Control plan review & ensure the potential failure modes.
