- Provides multilevel Technical support for diagnosing, reproducing and fixing Linux Hardware and O S issues/problems.
- Responsible for managing Server related Incidents/Service Requests and Change Requests within the defined SLA.
- Excellent and High level of Expertise in Linux administration and Troubleshooting.
- Provide recommendations to improve and address/lead critical issues and root cause analysis.
- Actively contributes to the troubleshooting, performance tuning of Linux servers. Perform necessary Linux infrastructure maintenance activities and migration, as required.
- Ability to identify scalability, performance and in target ion issues and propose optimal solutions.
- Should be able to collaborate across products/vendors and geography to come up with a compelling solution.
- May be required to work as on-call support to provide 24x7 support.
Job Requirements
- The candidates must have hands on experience in VCS & VxVM.
- The candidate must have 4- 6 years of hands of experience in Linus OS, troubleshooting and patching.
