What will your essential responsibilities include?
Support the ESS Head of Strategy & Change in defining the multi-year ESS Strategy & translating it into execution-focused plans.
Act as an \xe2\x80\x9cinternal consultant\xe2\x80\x9d to support the delivery of strategic projects & workstreams.
Support the transformation projects, from initial planning (project scoping, problem structuring, and hypothesis development) to execution (strategic framework development, qualitative and quantitative analysis conduction, internal & external interviews) to monitoring delivery, preparing, and providing updates to management and key stakeholders on progress and performance.
Assist in thought leadership on topics that are relevant to strategic priorities, growth & operational efficiency.
Liaise and collaborate closely with the functional leaders & stakeholders to gather outlooks, plans, insights, and share recommendations.
Gather, structure & interpret data, and identify meaningful insights to develop recommendations that most effectively support the strategic objectives using analytical and problem-solving skills.
Assist in identifying, prioritizing & structuring key strategic business opportunities, developing hypotheses, and communicating insights and recommendations to key decision-makers to drive ESS growth.
Support the preparation of strategic business cases, use cases, and presentation materials for leadership discussions & workshops.
Support in developing an in-depth understanding of external market forces impacting business scenarios via conducting strategic research and studying market reports and trends.
Provide active guidance to team members during key strategic projects.
Stakeholder management: building and nurturing robust advisory relationships with key internal senior stakeholders.

Required Skills and Abilities:
A couple of years of experience in strategy consulting, project management, and change management domain.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills, strategic frameworks & planning, and project management skills.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing including story-lining and content structuring.
Creating presentations and data visualizations to present to decision-makers.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
Understanding of market research and data analysis.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with a diverse set of senior stakeholders & leadership and influence people of a diverse range of backgrounds.
Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to establish credibility and robust relationships with senior stakeholders.
Outstanding performance across a broad range of strategic engagements.
Hands-on experience with MS Office, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel
Your Qualification:
Robust academic record, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree qualified (essential).
MBA qualified (desired)
