Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Deputy Manager (FCNS)- Drive top-line growth and profitability across Faucets, Cisterns, and Sanitaryware product portfolios by developing and executing regional sales strategies aligned with organizational business objectives.- Track category-wise performance using market intelligence, distributor feedback, and CRM analytics to identify gaps, trends, and growth opportunities.- Strengthen and expand the dealer and distributor network through structured capability-building programs, regular dealer visits, performance reviews, and relationship management.- Lead showroom excellence initiatives including visual merchandising, branding consistency, product display optimization, and counter hygiene audits to enhance brand visibility and customer experience.- Plan and execute customer and stakeholder engagement programs such as Orientation Centre (OC) visits, Joint Dealer Surveys (JDS), factory visits, and product experience sessions to generate high-quality business leads and improve brand recall.- Design and deliver technical and commercial product training modules for dealers' sales staff, focusing on product features, USPs, competitive benchmarking, applications, and value-based selling.- Enforce pricing discipline by monitoring MRP adherence, discount structures, and scheme implementation to protect brand equity and channel profitability.- Personally manage key customer interactions and high-value walk-in conversions through professional product demonstrations, need analysis, and solution-based selling.- Ensure 100% CRM hygiene by reviewing customer interaction reports, monitoring lead pipelines, and driving timely follow-ups to improve conversion ratios and shorten sales cycles.- Develop alternative lead generation channels including plumbers, contractors, architects, influencers, and trade partners by building strong on-ground engagement frameworks.- Conceptualize and execute plumber meets, influencer meets, installation workshops, and site-level training programs to strengthen brand advocacy at the execution level.- Actively communicate new product launches, design upgrades, technical modifications, and scheme changes to channel partners and ensure effective market penetration.- Drive digital adoption of dealer portals and CRM tools by training partners on order management, complaint tracking, stock visibility, and real-time scheme updates.- Ensure every customer receives a warranty certificate and is educated on warranty terms, service processes, and after-sales support, thereby enhancing trust and brand credibility.- Act as a key coordinator between sales, customer care, supply chain, and finance teams to resolve issues related to order fulfillment, stock availability, credit limits, and policy alignment.- Facilitate and manage Orientation Centre and factory exposure visits for key dealers, architects, and influencers to deepen product knowledge and strengthen long-term partnerships.- Conduct regular market audits, counterfeit checks, competitor mapping, and price surveys to safeguard market share and improve competitive positioning.- Prepare and present detailed MIS reports, performance dashboards, and market intelligence to senior management for informed business decisions.- Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, plumbers, and key influencers to drive sustainable business growth and brand loyalty.
