Responsibilities
Planning and Scheduling:
create detailed project schedules, including task dependencies, resource allocation, and timelines.
Monitoring and Control:
to track project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and take corrective actions.
Cost Management:
to manage project costs, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost tracking.
Resource Management:
allocate and manage project resources, ensuring that the right people and equipment are available when needed.
Risk Management:
to identify and analyze project risks, and to develop mitigation plans.
Reporting and Communication:
provides tools for generating reports and communicating project status to stakeholders.
