Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Study and understand NEMO portal, Internal APIs and APPs Understand the issue reported by customer and resolve it based on the guidelines provided In case issue is not resolved then give proper justification and escalate it to Engg Team for proper support Perform allocated testing tasks within the schedule Ensure that valid defects are raised without any rejections from the product development team Clear documentation of the steps to reproduce any failures/defects during product/solution testing. Create test automation scripts using test automation tool Experience B.E/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics/Computer Science/Information Sciences/Telecommunication/MCA A foundation level course in Software testing. Industry Preferred Qualifications B.E / B. Tech Electrical and Electronics engineering MS/MTech is added advantage General Requirements
