Job Responsibilities
\xe2\x80\xa2 Handle day-to-day operational issues for various brands. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and manage a Service Operations model for IT issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive few key projects with the Head-IT. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaison closely with the Central IT team and RBL senior management for operational issues as well as few key projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle Retail PRO (RPRO) related operational issues.
Education Requirements
Any Graduate, MBA, MCA, B.E.
Experience Requirements
7 to15 years
Skills & Competencies
\xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Retail PRO Point of Sales system \xe2\x80\xa2 The person should be well groomed and must have good communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 The person needs to have leadership skills, Positive attitude
