Ind AS 117 -
(i) Managing Ind AS 117 implementation project
(ii) Finalization of Ind AS 117 implementation plan and ensuring delivery of various
milestones as per plan
(iii) Co-ordinate with various stakeholders internal/external (Consultant, Steering
committee, Regulator, Industry) on Ind AS 117
(iv) Quarterly update to Audit committee/Board on Ind AS 117 progress
(v) Finalization of system for Ind AS 117 and ensure successful implementation of system
\xef\x82\xb7 Financial Reporting (I GAAP and Ind AS) - Monthly/Quarterly preparation of financial
statements, monthly review with CFO and quarterly update to Audit Committee
\xef\x82\xb7 SEBI reporting - Submission of quarterly audited results with Stock exchange and ensure timely
compliances with SEBI regulations. Co-ordinate with Debenture trustee and provide the
requisite details as and when required
\xef\x82\xb7 Group reporting - Co-ordinate with promoters and provide the requisite details as and when
required
\xef\x82\xb7 Audit Committee/Board Deliverables - Ensure timely submission of Audit committee/Board
deliverables, review of policies approved by Audit Committee/Board and closure of ATR\xe2\x80\x99s
\xef\x82\xb7 Quarterly/Annual Audits - Managing Statutory audits, Internal audits including ICFR
\xef\x82\xb7 Compliances- Ensuring compliances with Accounting Standards, Companies Act, IRDAI and SEBI
regulations
\xef\x82\xb7 Project Management - Planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a
timely manner and within budget
\xef\x82\xb7 System Enhancements - Testing of system requirements, evaluate new requirements and
providing CRs to IT, liase with IT for resolution of defects and delivery
