MISSION
> This role primarily responsible for the management of Taxation, Management Accounting/Reporting & Accounts Receivable function of India
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
> Supervision of Accounts Receivable area, ensure correct revenue reporting & accounting of Bad debt provision, maintain DSO below 60 days with the help of Credit control/collection team. > Handling Banking & Treasury- Review Bank reconciliation, Placing FDs, maintaining sufficient Balance in all bank accounts. Obtaining Bank guarantee in coordination with Group treasury. Liaise with Bank officials for bank balance confirmation & other compliance. > Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register, correct accounting as per INDAS & management Accounting as per Finance Manual ( CFAM) > Monthly book closing activities and reporting as per group requirement. > Inter Company reconciliation to be carried out on Monthly basis. > Timely & quality finance reporting has to be delivered as per Cotecnas Commercial Group financial reporting standard. > No lapses & delays in statutory payment GST, TDS, Advance/self-assessment Tax and its accounting. > Implementation of IND AS for Cotecna India. > Preparation of Consolidated Financial statements for Cotecna India & its subsidiaries. > Ensure timely completion of Statutory Audit with minimal observations from Statutory auditor. > Ensure timely completion of Tax audit. > Budgeting & Forecasting for Calendar year > Transfer Pricing Audit/certification > Calendar year reporting/Half yearly reporting for group for Group consolidation process. > Filing of GST returns, TDS and Income tax Returns, maintenance of GST and TDS records / register, 3CD, 3CEB, annual return as per respective law. In depth knowledge of GST, TDS, Transfer Pricing etc. is required. > Liasioning with Tax Authorities for different tax issues & assessments > Liaise with the external Tax Consultant on all direct/indirect taxation related matters. > Overview of taxation compliances for sister company in India > Ensure Tax compliances for Parent company in India

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
> Chartered Accountant with 10+ years experience in a similar position, preferably in a MNC , must have worked on IND AS & preparation of Consolidated Financials > Proven team management experience > Keywords: Taxation, IND AS implementation, transfer pricing, MIS, Consolidation, Budgeting-Forecasting

TECHNICAL SKILLS
> Fluent spoken and written English with one or more other main languages a strong plus. > Able to thrive within a high-pressure, quota-driven environments > Proficient in Microsoft excel. Working knowledge of Navision preferred.
