Deputy Manager Finance & Accounts Manufacturing Firm
Job Description
- Dynamic transformational role requiring an individual with strong communication and leadership skills, with an emphasis on financial and business acumen.
- The role oversees the timely and correct accounting treatment of expense business transactions ensuring compliance with current applicable Mastercard policies and internal controls as well as US GAAP.
- Build and foster relationships across the organization while serving as a point of escalation for compliance and service level issues.
- Ensures accurate and timely reporting to different stakeholders within the organization.
- Evaluates financial and/or operational metrics and performances, summarizes findings and makes preliminary recommendations to leadership.
- Participates in development and implementation of process improvements to improve operational controls/efficiency and quality of output.
- Facilitate compliance and process training with team members and business partners.
- Lead special projects and preforms various ad-hoc reporting or analysis as needed.
Skills Required - Tax, VAT, SAP, financial reporting , MS Excel, SOX, Budgeting , Accounting
