Deputy Manager Embedded Testing
Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables . 5 + years of experience in circuit design, and testing . Basic knowledge of the Hardware circuits and components. . Excellent Knowledge of hardware product life cycle. . Excellent debugging skills. . Hands on experience in testing Embedded hardware blocks power supply, Analog, Digital, mixed signals, Serial communications. . Hands on experience in testing of communication protocols like SPI, I2C, CAN, LIN, and Flex ray. . Preparation of test specification, test plan and test reports based on requirement. . Responsible for verification and validation of developed hardware. . Involved in Environment tests of the Automotive ECU\'s as per ISO16750-4. . Involved in Electrical tests of the Automotive ECU\'s as per ISO16750-2. . Experience in EMC test setups, load box preparation and operation of test equipment (Pulse generator, ESD simulator, voltage drop simulator, EMI Receiver, CRO etc.) . Experience of conducting Component & Vehicle EMC testing as per Automotive Standards. . Involved in EMI/EMC Qualification tests of the Automotive ECU\'s as per CISPR25, ISO 7637-2, . ISO 7637-3, ISO11452-2, ISO10605 like Surge Test, ESD Test, Radiated Emission Test, Radiated Susceptibility Test, Emission Test, Power Magnetic Field Test. . Good written and communications skills in English . Excellent Knowledge of hardware product life cycle. . Preparing/ maintaining EMC and Electrical test reports. Experience Industry Preferred Qualifications BE General Requirements
