As we develop an enterprise-wide data and digital strategy that moves us toward greater focus on the use of data and strengthen our digital, AI capabilities, we are seeking a Deputy Manager, BI and Reporting. In this role, you will support/manage BI & and reporting.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

\xc2\xb7 Energize and synergize the various Business Intelligence models and reporting.

\xc2\xb7 Support/Manage BI & Reporting products.

\xc2\xb7 Manage BI & Reporting BAU and effective stakeholder management.

\xc2\xb7 Support IDA BI and report on various strategic initiatives as they arise from time to time and enable the development of the function and related capabilities.

\xc2\xb7 Develop BI and reporting talent across AXA XL, while embracing inclusion and diversity, to enable usage and value creation through our strategic digital, data, and analytics assets.

\xc2\xb7 Instill a customer-first culture, prioritizing service for our business stakeholders above all.

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to the development of the Business Intelligence team\xe2\x80\x99s tools, skills, and culture and bring favorable impact.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Reporting.

Required Skills and Abilities:

\xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate well within teams, peers, and teams across the globe, and manage stakeholders effectively.

\xc2\xb7 Bring in a collaborative spirit, a can-do attitude, and a Customer-first mindset

\xc2\xb7 A minimum of a bachelor\'s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant discipline

\xc2\xb7 Relevant experience in a data role (analytics or engineer) supporting multiple specialty areas of Data and Analytics.

Desired Skills and Abilities:

\xc2\xb7 Passion for digital, data, and AI and experience working within a digital and data-driven organization.

\xc2\xb7 User experience with BI tools like Power BI etc.

\xc2\xb7 Intermediate proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, MS Access, and VBA. Able to help/guide his team members on any technical issues and develop them so that the team can self-directly manage the same.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to lead a project/team.
