Job Responsibility
Key accountabilities:
- Application maintenance & support. Troubleshooting, Oracle SQL
- Should have knowledge of UNIX, Linux & windows platform knowledge.
- Environment setup, support, monitoring of applications based on Unix machines
- Perform environment technical and functional sanity
- Initiating and managing communication to Vendors and Partners regarding actual Problem- and Service Requests
- Good Hand on experience in Defect, Incident & Problem Management
- Good in soft skills & communication.
