Description
The IT Development Specialist focuses upon the development of applications / products in line with the technology roadmap and standards.The IT Development Specialist delivers development of programme logic for new applications / products or analysis and modification of logic in existing applications (activities may also include elements of technical testing). Typically reports to the Senior IT Development Manager of the Head of Technology.
Develop Api for Web Applications. Perform systems analysis, document software and provide other technical input as required according to specifications and within set time frames.
Strong technological background, with degree level qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Work with various Stakeholder
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Knowledge of Material Design
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON,
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Working knowledge of the general WEB Server applications landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
- Solid understanding of the full development life cycle.
- Well Versed with Software configuration management like (SVN, Git)
