Job Description

:

• Investment Strategy Execution: Assist in executing the fund's investment strategy across climate-aligned sectors, including energy transition, clean tech, sustainable manufacturing, and mobility.
• Deal Sourcing: Identify and evaluate Healthcare-related investment opportunities through industry networks, deal intermediaries, and research.
• Deal Structuring & Execution: Support evaluation, financial modeling, structuring, and documentation of deals. Work with cross-functional teams and advisors during due diligence.
• Carbon Impact Evaluation: Integrate emissions impact analysis and climate risk assessments into investment decision-making.
• Portfolio Management: Work closely with portfolio companies to implement carbon reduction strategies, and performance monitoring tools.
• Value Creation: Identify operational efficiency, innovation, and sustainability levers to create long-term value in portfolio companies.
• Exit Planning: Contribute to exit strategy planning and execution through IPOs, strategic sales, or secondary transactions.
• Due Diligence: Participate in technical, financial, legal due diligence processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory and climate compliance requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with co-investors, sector specialists, sustainability consultants, and internal teams to strengthen deal execution and impact delivery.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare investment memos, performance dashboards, and Healthcare tracking reports for senior leadership and investors.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across investment cycles, including transition and physical climate risks.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on healthcare trends, emerging technologies, and evolving policy frameworks to support investment theses.
