- Team management role reporting to the Segment head of a Japanese MNC

- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
- Work with BU Team for preparation and submits quotes and proposals to clients and receive feedback.
- Support to product team to connect and arrange meetings and feedback on proposals.
- Coordination and Management of opportunity with internal stake holders
- Negotiations on quotes and projects variation.
- Sales & Marketing events
The Successful Applicant
- 15 to 20 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive R&D , Engineering services or product industry.
- Possess good knowledge of the capital equipment sales & engineering Consultancy Business, with the ability to technically understand the requests of our clients
- Previous experience in market research to identify markets needs and direction of technology and product reequipments
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Engineering Degree/Postgraduate, Mechanical, Electronics or Automotive specialization from a reputed college/university. MBA in Marketing and Sales management from reputed college/university is preferred but not must
