Reports to: Sales Manager
Purpose
To drive Credit Life insurance business through group business channel partners by building strong relationships, ensuring product penetration, and achieving business growth targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage relationships with partner banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for Credit Life business. Achieve sales, revenue, and business penetration targets for the group business channel. Train and support partner staff on Credit Life insurance products. Ensure compliance with IRDAI/regulatory norms. Monitor partner performance, provide timely support, and resolve issues effectively.

Must HavesGood knowledge of equity, financial, and insurance products 1-5 years' experience in sales, bancassurance, or financial services Excellent communication & relationship skills

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
