Position Summary with Job Responsibilities

Location : Pune
: Lead Thermal Systems
"Design ownership of Fuel Cell system's Thermal Mangement System
Development of thermal management system simulation model enabling control optimization across vehcile platforms.
Support to systems engineering team with auxiliary sysetem simulations.
Sizing and development of thermal system and aggreagates.
Verification and validation of thermal system aggreagate perfomances.
Perform DOEs on vehicle level and bench level to assess the potential benefit of given technology and generate useful insight and directions from test results.
Generate technology road map for inhouse vehicles based on global benchmark survey and technical researchs.
Support on Product Lifecycle Management phases during vehicle development
Coordination with COC's for system integration
Preparation of technical specifications and development of components with supplier for meeting vehcile level perfomance targets.
Release of 2D drawings as per company standards and Meeting TML DR gateways and NPI Timelines"

Education

Work Experience

Minimum Qualification & Specialization (e.g. BE-Mech): : B.E. / ME - Mechanical/Automotive/Thermal
Work Experience Details : : 8 - 8 Years in powertrain design & developmet
Skills : "Primarily Skill : Practical and Stong analytical skills in Fluid dynamics and thermal engineering, Expertise in CFD codes like Fluent/Star CCM+, Thermal CFD flow analysis, Functional safety, Industrial safety
Secondary Skill : Knowledge in Matlab or 1D simulation tools like Dymola/GT-Suite"
Leadership skills : "1,Translating Strategy into action and execution,
