QUALIFICATION & Skills Overall, 10 years of work experience required Mandatory IT program delivery experience of at least 5+ years of which part experience in core technical development and rest in leading a sizeable team. Minimum 3+ year experience in handling AI type of projects - Model building, ML, NLP etc. Deep learning experience is added advantage Bachelor-s degree in Engineering, and master\'s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. A Master-s degree is a plus. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. Analytical mindset and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve objectives. Proficiency in using project management tools and software is a must Strong interest in innovative technologies and desire to work on pioneering engagements. Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English, Hindi Common Responsibilities: Teaming up with business partners and understanding of their present and future needs Tying up the various requirements in the technology landscape into an ecosystem of sorts and presenting a framework on how to achieve that landscape Understanding and dealing with the key areas of IT deliveries & governance like: Program Development and Strategy Program Management and Execution Cross-Functional Collaboration Continuous Improvement Risk Management: Team Leadership and Development: Other Responsibilities around AI Programs: Budget and expense management Project management BSC, KPI Tracking Business Value Realization Stakeholder Management Education Work Experience The Role & Responsibilities As an AI Architect & Business Programs Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various AI-related projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with our organization-s strategic goals. This will be a techno managerial role. You will be responsible for driving the adoption of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other AI technologies, applying them to real-world use cases, and generating meaningful insights to impact our business positively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing AI projects successfully, a deep understanding of AI technologies, and strong business acumen to identify opportunities that deliver value and efficiency. Good technical hands-on experience in AI is a must. Key Responsibilities: 1.Execute AI Projects: Lead and manage AI initiatives from conception to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes. 2.Align with Strategic Goals: Work closely with senior management to align AI projects with the organization-s strategic objectives. Identify areas where AI can add value, improve efficiency, and generate insights to drive business growth. 3.Technical Expertise: Possess a comprehensive understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, designing algorithms, natural language processing, and other relevant AI technologies. Familiarity with different AI frameworks, algorithms, and their applications in various industries is crucial. 4.Data Management: Demonstrate proficiency in data concepts, including data collection, storage, cleansing, and analysis. Utilize data effectively to drive decision-making and provide actionable insights. 5.Ethical AI Practices: Ensure AI development and deployment align with ethical considerations, understanding bias, fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI systems. 6.Strategic Thinking: Adopt a strategic approach to AI adoption, considering long-term goals and potential business impacts.
