Description Deputy General Manager, IO & BSM The Deputy General Manager is responsible for managing the IO & BSM functions within MBRDI and reports to the Head of IT @ MBRDI. He/She is responsible for the execution of the digital transformation roadmap of the organization and transform IT vision and strategy into reality. In addition, he/she is responsible for the infrastructure management, workplace solutions and network domain @ MBRDI. The key stakeholders in this role includes the MD&CEO, Head of HR, Head of Finance, Head of IT and other department HoDs. Roles & Responsibilities . Plans, organizes, directs, and coordinate the activities across business functions, business units provides leadership, direction, and guidance for development and operational activities to achieve MBRDI\'s long and short range goals and business objectives. . Define the Digital Transformational Roadmap and lead the execution through strong Project and Program Management skills. . Expert in driving the topics using Product Oriented mindset and own and drive some of the products as Product Manager/Owner . Responsible for developing and executing multiple, simultaneous project plans. The scope of projects are small to large. . Manage key stakeholders - CEO, HR Head, CFO, CIO & Department HODs . Support to Prepare RFPs, bid proposals, contracts, scope of work reports, and other documentation for IT projects and associated efforts . Responsible for the IT procurement - handling investments and expenses related to IT assets and services . Responsible for IT Infrastructure Management & Availability overseeing the Service/Infra Design and build (Capacity, Continuity, Availability, Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration) for IT Infrastructure in MBRDI. . Leading the HPC (High performance Computing) & AI Infrastructure. . Setting up Metering tools for Engineering licenses & driving companywide initiative for Cost Optimization as part of the SAM portfolio . Leading the Software Asset Management & Cost Optimization portfolio @ MBRDI . Leading and managing workspace services & network domain at MBRDI for both Pune and Bangalore location . Oversee the asset lifecycle of 20000+ IT assets spread across the organization . Leading the Audio/Video services which manages more than 500 meeting rooms across all facilities of MBRDI . Responsible for the Engineering infrastructure team, which managed the labs and engineering applications . Responsible for handling the internal and external audits . Ensuring process adherence as per ITIL standard Desired Qualifications . Good understanding of latest technology trends and innovations in industry that will help in solutioning. . Should have deep understanding of IT landscape, understanding on technical architecture for SAP Applications, Non SAP applications, Mobile Apps, website developments, Cloud and on-Premise infrastructures. . Should have deep understanding on information security and cyber security related topics. . Should have expertise in system integrations, migrations and data consolidation. . Good understanding on data visualization tools and define roadmap for data insights. . Excellent leadership, decision-making & stakeholder management skills.
