Deputy Customer Relationship Manager

Department: Direct Marketing
Reports to: Customer Relationship Manager

Purpose
To acquire and service customers directly for life insurance products, achieving business targets and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesSource new business through direct sales channels (self-generated & company leads) Achieve sales, revenue & persistency targets Conduct customer meetings to explain life insurance products & solutions Build long-term customer relationships for repeat & referral business Ensure adherence to IRDAI/regulatory norms & internal compliance


Must HavesGood knowledge of equity, financial, and insurance products 1-5 years' experience in sales, bancassurance, or financial services Excellent communication & relationship skills


Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
