Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's vision and growth targets.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Collaborate with senior leaders and executive team to shape overall business strategy.
Oversee national and international sales operations, including B2B/B2C channels.
Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Build and manage high-performing sales teams and incentive programs.
Lead brand development, digital marketing, product marketing, and communications.
Drive data-driven marketing campaigns to increase market share and customer loyalty.
Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Champion a customer-centric culture across all touchpoints.
Implement CRM and customer engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and lifetime value.
Leverage technology and analytics to optimize marketing ROI and sales effectiveness.

Qualifications:
