Know more about us: Brief about the Team The Hub In-charge will lead the activities for the Inbound, Outbound, and Shipping Departments to meet/exceed customer service level requirements. He will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of merchandise throughout the facility and documentation of product flow for all serviced divisions. This role ensures continuous improvement through proactive leadership and the development of direct reports and is responsible for running a cost-effective operation. What will you do . Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly, and dispatch of goods. . Liaise with customers, suppliers & transporters . Use manpower efficiently and ensure the quality & operational targets are met. . Ensure the smooth running of the allocated shift & engage all the resources to meet planned activity levels . Conduct daily huddles with the team to see if there are any challenges & provide solutions. Review the daily activities of the Warehouse, Training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance . Exchange ideas and thoughts with the team & for improvement opportunities in the operational process . Have a clear understanding of the company-s policies and vision and how the warehouse . Keep stock count up to date and make sure inventories are accurate . Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded . Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis . Do continuous floor walk in the facility to observe the operations and help wherever necessary . Work on employee rosters & manpower planning . Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment What we are looking for . Graduate/ Postgraduate with . 2 years prior experience in managing Warehouse operations (Inbound, Outbound & Inventory, etc.) . Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills .
