The Last Mile Distribution Manager at Rebel Foods will be responsible for overseeing the distribution of food and supplies from the central warehouse to the various online and offline stores. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics, transportation, inventory management, and supplier relationship management, as well as the ability to lead a team and ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products to the outlets. The role will entail overseeing the national supply chain execution for Rebel Foods and will require the incumbent to drive OTIF as the key result area.
Key Responsibilities:

• Keeping track of safety stocks (both at Distribution Centers and Rebel\'s Outlets) and to Develop and implementing strategies to optimize last-mile distribution operations, ensuring timely delivery of food and supplies to the outlets
• Manage and optimize the performance of the last mile delivery team, including the supply chain partner\xe2\x80\x99s logistics team, and warehouse staff, ensuring that they meet or exceed performance metrics and deliver high-quality service to the outlets
• Build and maintain relationships & Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, production, outlet operations, and finance to ensure smooth and efficient last-mile distribution operations
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure the timely delivery of products and cost optimization
• Monitor and analyze last-mile delivery data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Implement and manage last-mile delivery performance metrics and KPIs to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to last-mile distribution operations
• Manage and oversee budgets related to distribution operations
