More information on Dentzz is available at Dentzz website.What the candidate can expect from this role:- Play a pivotal role and be a part of the next 5-10 years high-growth journey of the company.- Excellent opportunity to work directly with senior management, promoters, and PE-investor.- Accelerated career trajectory with hands-on experience in diverse areas of finance.- Transition into a CFO role faster than industry peers.Who should apply:Educational Background: Qualified CA is mandatory, preferably in 1st attempt and rank holder.Work Experience:- Min. 5 years and max. 10 years of total work experience which includes:- 2-5 years of experience in a Big-4 accounting firm (KPMG, EY, PwC, Deloitte), and- 3-8 years of experience in a relevant industry which includes only healthcare, hospitality (hotels, restaurant chains, spa chains), education, and entertainment facilities (movie exhibition, theme parks) businesses.Areas of Experience:Candidate should ideally have experience of working in the following areas:- Financial control (monthly reporting and closure, audit)- Internal finance (MIS, forecasting, controls, systems & processes)- Tax (direct and indirect taxes including GST), and- Compliance (company laws, labour laws, regulatory)- Computer Skills: Expert knowledge of MS Excel and Tally is mandatory.Other Skills:- Academically strong with attention to details- Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and reliability- Ability to communicate effectively in English in both verbal and written forms.1. Financial Control:- Accounting as per GAAP with monthly closure for all group companies (by clinics)- Consolidation and statutory audit of annual accounts- Set-up strong SOPs and internal & operational controls- Cash flow management with strong monitoring of working capital items and surplus cash- Weekly monitoring of costs vis- vis budget and raise early alarms when necessary- Manage forex collections effectively and keep track of forex rate movements2. Financial Planning & Analysis / MIS:- Ownership of MIS including preparing and presenting it to the board- Ownership of data analytics on all operating metrics, especially marketing and sales funnel data- Assessment of systems and controls, need gap analysis, and help in plugging them3. Compliance:- Compliance with direct taxes (income tax, withholding tax / TDS, transfer pricing) with timely payment of advance taxes, filings, and assessments- Compliance with indirect taxes (GST) with timely payments, filings, and assessments- Compliance with corporate/secretarial laws, labour laws, healthcare regulations, etc. with timely renewals and filings.4. Key Performance Indicators:- MIS within 10 days and monthly accounts closure within 20 days of month-end- Cost control and raising early alarms if exceeding budget- Statutory audit within 120 days of year-end- No surprises with respect to assessments and tax filings- Zero issues or delays in all compliance
