We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic
Demand Manager
to oversee demand planning, forecasting, and revenue optimization for our hotel group. The role requires close coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams to maximize occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR, while ensuring alignment with market trends and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement demand forecasts across all hotel properties using historical data, booking trends, and market intelligence.
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly pick-up reports to identify demand fluctuations and recommend strategies.
Collaborate with Revenue and Sales teams to optimize pricing, inventory allocation, and distribution channels.
Monitor and manage demand across OTA platforms, corporate contracts, MICE, and other revenue streams.
Recommend promotional offers, packages, and seasonal campaigns based on demand trends.
Provide insights on competitor performance, market segmentation, and customer booking behavior.
Ensure demand forecasts are accurate and aligned with business strategy and budget goals.
Prepare reports and presentations for management on demand patterns, forecasting accuracy, and revenue performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in
Hospitality, Business Administration, or Revenue Management
.
5-8 years of experience
in hotel revenue management, demand planning, or reservations (with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role).
Strong analytical skills with expertise in
Excel, Revenue Management Systems (RMS), and PMS software
.
Knowledge of OTA extranets, channel managers, and GDS systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
