About the role: We are looking for a Delivery/CRM associate for seamless integration of new merchant partners with the Mobiquest platform. He/she must have experience in bringing a new merchant partner from PO to Go-Live stage. Expectations/Requirements: .The scope of responsibilities of this role includes: .Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team .Act as an Analytics Consultant for providing solutions to Clients- business needs. .Do deep data driven analysis & Collate the data into coherent and logical structures to produce periodic as well as one-off analyses to aid the decision makers .Supporting the analytics needs of business by analysing data from multiple sources including CRM data & the external data from the clients. .Skilled in Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) .Identifying (existing and new) customer segments where there is a potential for activities to increase customer engagement, sales or profitability .Connect transactional analysis with customer data to improve customer offerings. Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role: . Min 1years of experience in Analytics consultancy or similar background . Prior experience in data analytic tools & delivering presentations to the clients . Aptitude for problem solving and quantitative skills . Good written and interpersonal skills . Expertise in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint is a must . Experience of working on Advanced analytics . Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment . Self motivated, Inquisitive and curious, Goal-oriented, detail-oriented, ambitious, and strong ability to follow-through on commitments Qualification : BBA/MBA Why join us .
