Job Description

Responsibilities:-

1. Order Pickup & Delivery - Collect orders from the pickup point (restaurant, store, or warehouse) and deliver them safely to the customer's location on time.

2. Route Planning - Choose the most efficient and safe route for timely deliveries.

3. Customer Interaction - Maintain polite and professional communication with customers during delivery.

4. Verification - Confirm order details such as customer name, address, and payment method before delivery.

5. Payment Handling - Collect cash on delivery (if applicable) and ensure proper handover of collected payments.

6. Safety Compliance - Follow traffic rules, wear safety gear (helmet, uniform, ID card), and maintain a valid driving license.

7. Product Handling - Ensure that the products (especially food or fragile items) are handled carefully to avoid damage or spillage.

8. Reporting & Updates - Update delivery status in the app or inform the manager about completed or pending deliveries.

9. Vehicle Maintenance - Keep the delivery vehicle (bike, scooter, or van) clean, fueled, and in good working condition.

10. Customer Satisfaction - Strive to provide a positive delivery experience to ensure repeat orders and customer trust.
