. DeliveryManager Hyderabad/Bangalore/Visakhapatnam/Kolhapur Experience: 10+Years Required Skills: 10+ years in IT industry, min 3+ years proven experience as Delivery Manager. Accountable for achievement of all client KPI\'s and contractual obligations, responsible for the overall performance. Fulfil the hiring openings and make the to consume the PO amount. Monthly invoicing and PO tracking. Work with the project resource/practice teams to understand the activities/risks involved and provide updates to client team. Provide weekly status reports and monthly metrics to client and internal leadership. Experience of Scrum and Waterfall project management is preferred. Experience in account management/penetration is a plus. Provides coaching and counselling to his/her team members Handles escalated customer service issues.
