Manager - DeliverySantech Solution Inc. is immediately seeking a Delivery Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in end- to- end Project Management and is well versed in Agile methodologies. You will work closely with assigned teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery while facilitating communication and collaboration. The Delivery Manager will have significant impact by improving initiative planning and delivery leading to better customer satisfaction by ensuring on- time delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.- Managing the Delivery process using Agile scrum framework across assigned teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and with the highest quality.- Conduct PI planning, sprint load, sprint burndown charts and holding scrum and update meetings- Ensuring the team follows the Agile values and principles and adjusts as needed to improve the delivery process.- Use Agile tools and methodologies to manage workloads, communicate priority, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.- Responsible for sizing, effort and cost estimation, resource planning, and delivery planning for all assigned initiatives.- Identifying and managing risks and issues that may arise in the delivery process. Provide consistent reporting and communication for internal and external stakeholders and develop mitigation strategies.- Contribute to strategic decision- making, steering the direction of product and its delivery.- Demonstrate strong IT Project Management skills, ensuring timely and successful project execution while also managing day- to- day operations.- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to foster a collaborative and high- performing culture.- Ability to manage product & project backlog and schedule for all assigned initiatives.- Have deep understanding of product feature/function/use case/user story- Ability to split project work into work streams, work break down, itemised testable work product and testing strategies- Ensure teams are adequately resourced to meet committed work delivery and quality. Tracking of cost benefit analysis, business cases and highlighting changes to scope, effort, cost, and timelines.- Orchestrating delivery from internal delivery teams as well as external vendor teams - managing vendor delivery- Support the Technical Product Owner, Dev and QA teams in managing business expectations and transparencyQUALIFICATIONS:- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Required- Experience 15+ years of Delivery Management experience with significant experience in agile environment.- Experience in product management, product development, or a related field is highly desirable.- Deep expertise in the product being delivered, including a thorough understanding of its features, functionalities, and technical architecture.- Experience in managing multiple projects and team size of 75- 100 members.- Experience in using Program Management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, SharePoint/Confluence.- Excellent communication and strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross- functional teams.- Strong interpersonal skills for leading staff, dealing with staffing issues and working with employees at all levels within the company.- Excellent time management and planning skills - handling personal and team workload effectively, setting realistic and achievable targets and delivering those targets.- Ability to use evaluation, judgement, and interpretation to select right course of action.
