Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of recruiters, coordinators, and delivery specialists to ensure timely and quality candidate placements. Collaborate closely with sales, account management, and recruitment teams to align delivery with client expectations. Oversee the recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and staffing targets to meet or exceed client SLAs. Implement and optimize delivery processes, tools, and best practices to improve productivity and candidate experience. Develop strong relationships with key clients to understand their workforce needs and provide strategic staffing solutions. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics for leadership review. Handle escalations and resolve delivery-related challenges promptly to ensure client satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends, labor laws, and staffing industry best practices to maintain competitive edge.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus. Proven experience (5+ years) in staffing, recruitment delivery, or talent acquisition, preferably in the US market. Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing recruitment teams. Excellent knowledge of recruitment lifecycle management and staffing software (ATS, CRM). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in reporting and analytics tools.
