Qualification: BE or B Tech
Experience (yrs): 10-15 Years
Location: Bangalore, India:
10 plus years of delivery experience with atleast 7 years of experience in DW/ETL projects
Project Management & client handling abilities
Ability to communicate and present effectively to all levels of external and/or internal leadership, including strong executive presence. Proven ability to manage in demanding environments, including strong executive-level persuasion skill.
Strategically builds working relationships and networks across all the internal and/or external functions and helps remove barriers to team productivity and success to ensure smooth delivery in a challenging environment
Strong technical knowledge in ETL/DW
Experience in transitioning projects from the clients
Experience in project management tools like Jira
Experience in managing midsized programs- team size upto 50- 100Resource ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibility for day-to-day management delivery, client communication, team management and reporting.
Lead and guide the team by proving tech leadership, allocation of tasks and ensuring timely delivery, within budget and responsible for managing profitability, CSat
Provide technical guidance to the team
Responsible for working with internal and/or external stakeholders to set resources expectations and project success criteria. Accountable for stakeholder sign off on key project deliverables.
Provides project governance (scope control, risk and issue management, change control, escalation management).
Leads project cadence calls, may include executive steering committees.
Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure understanding of project status and progress.
Provide client relationship management throughout the project delivery and facilitate the transfer of the project and client relationships to other internal teams.Job Type: Full-time
