We are looking for a Delivery Head to lead the Delivery & Operations team. We need someone who is innovative and has a strong business acumen and is good at problem-solving. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, creative, and detail oriented with experience/willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should have strong understanding and experience of SaaS product delivery function and proven experience of end to end delivery management. Key Responsibilities: The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following \xe2\x80\x93
- Lead the delivery team in the implementation and deployment of Speech Analytics solutions according to client specifications and project timelines.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for efficient project management, resource allocation, and delivery processes to achieve client satisfaction and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Support to ensure seamless project execution and customer success.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the delivery team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve any delivery-related issues to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for project-related discussions and escalations.
- Drive performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate delivery performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Working independently with minimal direction.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong business acumen.
- Able to distill complex information into simple and meaningful insights and messaging and building narratives
- Good knowledge and experience of SaaS product delivery functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
- 5-7 years of experience of managing Delivery in a Software Product based company and particularly in the B2B SaaS domain.
- Proven track record of excellent and timely delivery of client requirements.
