Responsibilities:

1. Pickup and Delivery: Collect goods, parcels, or food items from the warehouse or vendor and deliver them safely to the customer's location. 2. Route Planning: Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries and minimize travel time and fuel costs. 3. Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the delivery vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working condition; report any maintenance issues promptly. 4. Package Handling: Load and unload packages carefully to prevent damage or loss. 5. Timely Deliveries: Ensure all deliveries are completed within the scheduled time frame. 6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, receipts, and payments when applicable. 7. Customer Interaction: Communicate politely with customers, confirm deliveries, and collect signatures or payments if required. 8. Compliance: Follow traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures at all times. 9. Problem Resolution: Report delays, accidents, or delivery issues to the supervisor or dispatch team immediately. 10. Inventory Check: Verify the accuracy of delivery items before dispatch and after completion.
