Core Responsibilities

Logistics & Scheduling:

Plan and coordinate daily delivery routes to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders, often managing "last-mile" logistics.

Cold Chain Maintenance:

Ensure products are stored and transported under strict temperature-controlled conditions to prevent spoilage and maintain safety standards.

Driver Management:

Schedule delivery drivers, review shipment paperwork, and process driver payrolls.

Order Accuracy:

Review and process customer orders using data processing applications, verifying that items like alternative milks or specialized dairy are correctly packed.

Customer Communication:

Serve as the main point of contact for confirming delivery windows, notifying customers of delays, and resolving delivery-related inquiries.

Inventory Control:

Maintain accurate records of dairy inventory and report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Logistics Expertise:

Experience in order fulfillment and supply chain management, preferably within the dairy or agriculture sector.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on warehouse duties, such as loading/unloading with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Safety Knowledge:

Familiarity with health and safety regulations specifically related to food and dairy production processes.

Organization:

Strong detail orientation and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written skills for coordinating between staff and customers.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
