Pick up food orders from the restaurant and deliver to customers as per the delivery schedule.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Handle food packages carefully to avoid damage or spillage.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status.
Collect payment from customers when required (cash/card/UPI).
Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations while riding.
Keep delivery vehicle/bike clean and in good working condition (if provided by the restaurant).
Report any delivery-related issues or customer feedback to the manager.
Requirements:
Valid driving license (two-wheeler or other as applicable).
Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
Ability to use GPS and delivery apps (if required).
Strong sense of punctuality and responsibility.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Physical fitness to handle fast-paced delivery tasks.
