Requirements
10 or more years of relevant experience.
Previous leadership or managerial experience.
Experience working within global teams
Demonstrated track record of delivering high quality services to customers
Experience in project management and customer management

Solid analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
Proven experience leading global services within challenging and complex environments, and possess the ability to work effectively across multiple groups and stakeholders, particularly executives Fluent in writing and speaking English and Spanish languages.
Preferences
An Industry Certification such as Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM), Certified Software Asset Management (CSAM) or Certified Hardware Asset Management (CHAMP)
Working knowledge of service desk and field service operations
Experience implementing and/or using Flexera Flexnet Manager Platform or ServiceNow
Graduate in any discipline (technical field preferred)
ITIL certification
Experience working in a managed services environment
Ability to learn new technologies, tools and processes quickly
