Job Description
Sr. Associate - Analytics
Specific day to day responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to :
- Drive the analytics project of supply chain solutions/Network design/Warehousing Design
- Modelling of historical transaction data to arrive at the optimal SCM solution in terms of Network footprint and Mode of transportation to reduce cost and time to the Customer
- Should be able to explore data, conduct analysis and provide the actionable recommendations to the ops process and Clients Independently
- Conceptualization & creation of the dashboards and automated tools as per business requirement
- Identifying & Tracking of the business KPI & associated metrics by highlighting progress and proactively identify issues / improvement areas
Requirement :
- Expertise in Business analytics tools & statistical programming languages - SQL ,Excel, R/ Tableau
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to develop hypotheses, understand and interpret data within the context of the product / business
- Solve problems and distill data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently work with cross-functional teams
- Intellectual and analytical curiosity - initiative to dig into the why, what & how.
- Strong number crunching and quantitative skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience of 1-3 years working in analytics role
