Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic-minded individual to join our team as the Director of Strategy within our SME and Consumer Business at Delhivery. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, identifying market opportunities, forging digital partnerships, and optimizing business margins.

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic projects to drive revenue and margin growth within the existing business segments, including product, upselling and price optimization.

- External Market Analysis and Identification of new levers of growth including partnerships that involve collaborative GTM

- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to develop strategies that optimise costs to further drive margins

- Translate high-level strategy into actionable projects - and own those projects

- Own some parts of the business/product from an execution perspective long term in addition to the project focus

Requirements:

- MBA from top tier B schools preferred

- We\'re ideally looking for 7-10 years of experience, with a healthy mix both consulting (internal or external) as well as execution of long term initiatives

- Should be extremely strong in data analytics with hands on experience on querying and dashboarding tools

- Good grasp of generic as well as industry specific P&L drivers

- Familiarity with tech enabled businesses is essential

- Knowledge of the Indian eCommerce and Logistics industries, and an understanding of SME Businesses within India is a big advantage

- Excellent communication and presentation skills - brief and to the point

Comfortable with working with a certain level of ambiguity in information available

Flexible in driving projects in an individual contributor capacity as well as owning teams for long term goals for the business
