Job Description

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take phone and in-person orders accurately and efficiently. Confirm online orders and coordinate with the kitchen staff. Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments using the POS system. Pack and label carryout and delivery orders properly. Monitor waiting times and communicate delays to customers as needed. Maintain cleanliness at the front counter and Delco area. Assist in basic food prep or side tasks during downtime, if trained. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Support drivers and kitchen team as needed. Manage cash transactions at delivery & carryout counter. Process payments using petty cash system Maintain accurate records with payment vouchers Handle customer queries via voice process

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
