Job Title Officer I \xe2\x80\x93 Decor Sales Department Decor Reporting to Area Sales Executive \xe2\x80\x93 AP Homes Grade N/T3, S/T2 Location / Unit PAN India Role Description Job Purpose The position is that of frontline sales personnel who would primarily be responsible for sales and penetration of D\xc3\xa9cor category products like wallpaper, furniture etc. in defined geographies through retailers (furnishing stores, furniture stores etc.). Primary Responsibilities Sales Delivery:
  • Ensuring sales delivery on all d\xc3\xa9cor categories in the geography- wallpaper, furniture etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring delivery of monthly and annual promise sales figures and category level plans
  • Coordination for material delivery to retailers.
Network expansion:
  • Responsible for sustenance of existing network and for Network expansion.
  • Responsible for Monitoring Outstanding and Collections from customers
  • Interaction with end customers like Architects, interior designers to help aid secondary sales
  • Secondary sales activities like shop staff training, customer activations
  • Customer handling and resolution and closure of issues.
  • Regular adherence of visit metrics like DVR, VFI
Retailing:
  • Upkeep of existing display, ensuring display of new range of products, presence of books of new collections, disposing and discarding old collections.

External Architects, Interior Designers, Furnishing dealers, Furniture dealers Role Requirements / Specifications Qualifications Essential Minimum of 50% marks throughout education without any backlogs Graduation must be through a full-time course. Desired MBA from tier 3/tier 4 colleges Previous Experience Desired 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in frontline sales across wallpaper, furnishing, furniture Functional Competencies Channel Sales through Dealer/retailer
D\xc3\xa9cor product knowledge Behavioral Competencies Planning and result orientation Negotiation skills Communication skills- verbal and written Additional Requirements Applicant should be mobile pan India as the said role is transferrable in nature.
Proficiency with MS \xe2\x80\x93 Office, in particular MS \xe2\x80\x93 Excel is mandatory.
