Key Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Attending Inbound calls and help customer in dispute resolution, making payments, sharing statement etc. \xc2\xb7 Collect the delinquent amount from the customer over the phone or take promises from them on making the payment \xc2\xb7 Should be able to effectively communicate while providing quality customer service as well as actively pursue knowledge of \xc2\xb7 Work with the team members and the team lead to ensure team meets the targets month on month.
